MIND BODY SPIRIT (MBS) GRACES

Yvonne Gray brings over twenty years of experience in teaching and practicing diverse energy healing modalities. She collaborates with clients on wellness-related matters, leveraging her extensive background to identify and address a broad range of issues.

Ms. Gray is a respected speaker, author, educator, and consultant. Her comprehensive expertise is informed by both her varied life experiences and five academic degrees that uniquely combine engineering, physics, and theological studies, allowing her to approach challenges from both scientific and philosophical perspectives.

Energetic Shields & Dampening: An antidote to collective energy (2 hrs.)

     Going into large spaces a person can get hit with sound in the form of noises and vibration from a heavy base or clanging. Sometimes we feel pressure out of nowhere. We can feel heavy, tired, drained and sometimes something that might seem like a wave of negativity. Just like a loud room or concert there are things we can do to reduce the noise like putting on noise cancelling headsets, ear plugs or just not going into the room. With energetic or frequency interruptions there are ways to reduce the severity of the energy shift, severity of its effects and sometimes you just need to know when to get yourself out of the area.

     This class will talk about the historical and modern context of this phenomenon. Additionally, we will discuss the various ways to create an energetic shield to help reduce the effects of the various energies surrounding you. In class, some time will be given to practice creating or attempting to create your own energetic shield.

How can I schedule a personal session with Yvonne?

Email us with your intent to make an appointment and someone will contact you within 24 hours during business hours.

What does a typical session look like?

Each session is different based on the needs of the client.  Typically, new clients need to fill out an Intake Form.  Your practitioner will go over the information, asking questions and answering yours. Diet, belief systems, ailments, and routines may be a part of the inquiry. Depending on your needs, the practitioner will assess which energy healing modalities will be used and explain the process. This is the best time to ask any questions.  If there is any experience of discomfort during the session, questions or observations to sensation, inform the practitioner immediately and adjustments and/or explanation will be provided. It is best to have initial sessions be 90 minutes.  Special pricing is given to these initial sessions, so the practitioner has a better understanding of a client's needs.  Payment can be made at the beginning or the end of the session.  Please give at least 48-hour notice if needing to cancel an appointment.

Do you take insurance?

Though we do not take insurance, an invoice after payment can be provided to send to the insurance company if they accept Complementary Therapies as part of their reimbursement package.
